Hi ,

I know this is a bit late but I wanted to tell you that my trip in April 2010 was the best holiday I have ever had.  I just loved Egypt and hope to go again one day. I had no idea there was so much to see and I think I only scratched the surface.

 Thanks again

Hello Ron

Just to let you know how much we enjoyed our recent trip to Egypt.  We could not have been looked after better and our many thanks to Mohommed, Khaled and Shereif, who all made us feel so welcome and safe.  The organisation was fantastic.  We feel so lucky to have had Mohommed as our guide – he was absolutely fantastic and was so informative and seem to add a very personal touch.

The program was good and the transportation was extremely comfortable.

Please convey our many thanks on to the Egyptian crew – well done.

Dear Ron.

Finally, after many months, I have physically got around to sending you this email.

I really have to thank you for such a great tour of Egypt (Sept ‘07), a great itinerary, great memories and Mohamed, a fantastic guide.

He would have to be the best guide I’ve had the pleasure of meeting and travelling with.

So informative, personable, a genuine love his country, and a willingness to share his knowledge of Egypt’s amazing history.

I came away with all my expectations fulfilled and a great admiration for the Egyptian people and cultures.

I fell in love with the Nile at Aswan. I remember thinking how quiet and serene it was, it was the most peaceful place on earth.

For some strange reason, I have a passion for Islamic architecture. My heart is drawn to it.

I could have spent days just seeking access to all the beautiful mosques throughout the country.

I could almost say the same for the Jordan and the Petra tour. Audi was a great guide also.

But in Jordan, the people and culture were so different to Egypt. More than I expected. Much more reserved and conservative.

Maybe also because Mohamed went out of his way to make sure we saw the human side of Egypt, and not just the view.

Of course the highlight in Jordan was Petra itself, such an amazing place.

Even more impressive once I climbed up to the Deir, and realized the full magnitude of this city.

Two other places that will stay with me is the Hotel at Petra “Tabet Zaman”. A fantastic choice.

The sun set at night on the horizon with Israel in the distance was magnificent, then looking into the darkness

and just seeing the lights of the kibbutz’.

The other is Mount Nebo. Such a personal experience.

To stand there, and look out over the valley in the direction of the biblical places that we only ever read about.

Maybe in the future I may be able to tour the Holy Land with your company. (In sha’ Allah!)

Once again, Shukran!

Dear Ron,

In general this was a wonderful tour. At Cairo airport we found that it so easy to just follow the United World Travel signs. We were assisted through customs by your guides and on to the coach. Mohammad introduced himself to the tour. Clara and I believe that Mohammad was the greatest asset to this tour. His enthusiasm, his eagerness to help, his humor and above all his knowledge of Egyptology was absolutely wonderful. The hotel accommodation was very good in Cairo, in Alexandra it was excellent.

We were very pleased with the Nile River cruise. We believe that this tour was action packed, with something exciting to do at all times. This tour was excellent value, the out of pocket expenses were very small.
It was an extremely well planned out tour and we would be happy officiate any request for future travelers you may have.

Thank you,

Laurie Coady JP.

Hi Ron,

Firstly, it was an absolute privilege to visit your country. We loved every minute of it! We will return. And thank you so much for making our stay even better by ensuring our VIP treatment. We were totally indulged.

It was spectacular just to visit Giza and the Cairo Mueseum, but it just kept getting better. Abu Simbel was unbelieveable, Aswan was magical and serene, the temples at Karnak and Luxor at night were mindblowing! But the cruise was the crowning point: sitting on the sun-deck watching a vista on either side of the cruiser unravel which can only be described as Biblical. It was Eden-like.

We loved Cairo. We were so glad we spent the extra days there so we could get to know the city better. Everybody was so friendly and at no stage did we feel unsafe. They all reacted even more positively when we
attempted speaking our rudiamentary Arabic, in particular: 'Waleh-hi?' or 'Mia Mia'. We love the Egyptian sense of humour.

Finally, a special mention for Muhammed. He's brilliant! He ensured the tour's success for everybody. He is emailing us details of a possible 4 wheel drive tour which we will of course discuss with you. Once again thank you for a trip of a life-time which we will be talking about forever. We will call soon to thank you personally.

Best Regards,

Paul and Jan
